Amongst the communal riots that erupt in the city, Tara shelters a wayward Sakina from a crazed mob and a bond that blossoms into love is created. The two eventually get married and have a son. The happy family, now living in Amritsar, gets the shock of their lives when Sakina learns that her father (Amrish Puri), whom she previously believed died in the riots back in Amritsar, is still alive after seeing his picture in a tattered, old newspaper. Upon contacting him, Sakina's father, now the mayor of Lahore in Pakistan, arranges for his daughter to arrive in Lahore to see him. Sakina leaves for Lahore minus Tara and her son, and upon reaching the city, learns of her father's plans for her - plans that include forcing Sakina to forget about her family and start life anew in Pakistan. Then begins an extraordinary journey which will lead Tara to cross the border into Pakistan to find his love Sakina

Kartik Aaryan & Kiara Advani pair up for Nadiadwala's next romantic drama  SatyaPrem Ki Katha 

SatyaPrem Ki Katha is a romantic musical jointly produced under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Namah Pictures. Director Sameer Vidwans known for his work on the National Award Winning film Anandi Gopal comes onboard to direct this romantic drama. The films score is handled by esteemed Bollywood singer Sunidhi Chauhan's husband Hitesh Sonik. 

Bollywood's leading celebrities Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani star in the titular roles of SatyaPrem and Katha. This is the first time the duo will be seen sharing the screen together after their blockbuster appearance in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.

Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan star in Ramayana tribute Adipurush

Adipurush is an Indian mythological film based on the religious Hindu tale of Ramayana. The film is written and directed by Om Raut, best known for his work on the period drama Tanhaji, and produced by T-Series. The upcoming film is being simultaneously shot in both Tamil and Hindi.  

Ramayana is one of the most adapted Indian stories of all time, with over 49 film adaptations, 18 TV series, 25 Sanskrit scriptures, and countless regional plays based on different variations of the sacred text. However, with a budget of over 700 crores, Adipurush became the most expensive Indian film and largest scale Ramayana adaptation ever at the time of production.

The movie stars south megastar Prabhas as the legendary prince Raghava (Ram). Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon is confirmed to play the role of his devoted wife Janaki (Sita), and Bollywood A-lister Saif Ali Khan rounds the cast as the main antagonist demon king Lankesh (Ravana). The extended cast features actor Devdatta Nage as Bajrang (Lord Hanuman), Sunny Singh as the trusted younger brother Lakshmana, and Vatsal Sheth as Indrajit among others.

Christ Pratt and Zoe Saldana return for the Guardian's final adventure 

Guardians of The Galaxy Volume 3 was a  part of Marvel's Phase V launch and is the trilogy's final instalment. Writer and Director James Gunn was initially fired from making this film due to a controversy. However, he was eventually rehired to complete the trilogy. Apart from directing the other two films in the trilogy, James is also the director of DC's famous franchise, Suicide Squad.

While the film continues to have the same director as its two predecessors, this movie's soundtrack is composed by John Murphy, making it the only film in the series to not feature music from composer Tyler Bates. 

Chris Pratt reprises his role as Star-Lord alongside Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket and Karen Gillan as Nebula. The movie will also explore the arc of a powerful cosmic being, Adam Warlock, portrayed by actor Will Poulter, the character teased in the post-credit scene at the end of Volume 2. 

This film marks the longest gap between the first and third films in an MCU trilogy, 8 years & 10 months. However, MCU did release Guardians of The Galaxy Holiday Special on Disney+ Hotstar in December 2022 to give fans a glimpse of their beloved galaxy guardians. 

Guardians of the Galaxy released across Indian cinemas on  5th May, 2023.

Karan Johar makes a directorial comeback with Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani after a 7 year hiatus 

Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani is a romantic-comedy produced under the banner of Dharma Productions. The film is directed and produced by Karan Johar, marking his directorial comeback after, 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' which released in 2016. Released on 28th July, 2023 the film celebrates 25 years of Karan Johar journey as a Bollywood director.

Bollywood royalties Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt play the titular roles of Rocky and Rani in the upcoming Dharma rom-com.  Both of them made their acting debut with Karan Johar. Indian Spider-Man Pavitr Prabhakar makes his cinematic debut in Across the Spider-Verse

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is the sequel to the Oscar award winning animated film Into the Spider-Verse.The movie is produced by Columbia Pictures, Sony Pictures Animation and Marvel Entertainment, and written by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller with additional writing by David Callaham. The movie is co-directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers and Justin K. Thompson. Daniel Pemberton returns from his work on the first film to score the sequel.

Actor/Rapper Shameik Moore, stars as Miles Morales in this animated version of the beloved Spider-Man character. Isaac plays the role of Spider-Man from an alternate future while Johnson assumes the role of Spider-Man from another dimension who was a mentor to Miles.
